Warehouse Supervisor - MNC (3PL)

Salary: Basic up to $3500 (depending on experience)

Working Hours: 6 Days Work Week, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Location: Pandan Road (West)

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the warehouse team to ensure daily operations are carried out efficiently and without disruption.
  • Organize work schedules and manpower allocation to ensure sufficient shift coverage and smooth workflow.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders—including picking, packing, and shipping—to meet delivery timelines.
  • Maintain a safe and tidy warehouse environment by enforcing proper safety measures and housekeeping practices.
  • Guide, train, and support team members to achieve high levels of productivity and operational standards.
  • Work closely with departments such as procurement and logistics to align warehouse activities with business needs.
  • Conduct performance assessments and provide coaching or feedback to improve team results.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues on the ground, ensuring minimal disruption to overall operations.
