**THE CHALLENGE**

Gearing up for the next growth stage, Janio is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Operations team. You will be exposed to the day to day aspects of building a robust, international supply chain network in a fast-paced start-up environment. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the work and maximising the productivity of our warehouse.

**THE ROLE**

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead and manage the overall operations of the warehouse. This includes the daily warehousing, logistics and fulfilment operations and the planning of manpower. The role will also be responsible for planning and coordinating shipping arrangements with service partners.
- Oversee the overall upkeep and operations
- Plan, direct and coordinate inward and outward shipping arrangements with service partners
- Inter-department coordination and liaising for inward and outward movement of goods
- Monitor service partners’ compliance with logistics-related procedures
- Schedule manpower and shifts based on the warehouse workload
- Ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders when required
- Carry out administrative duties and other tasks assigned by the company

**THE REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics
- Fluency in written and verbal English is a must; fluency in one other language will be advantageous
- Communication skills to liaise with relevant stakeholders
- Must have a class 3 driving license; Having a forklift license will be advantageous
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- Physically fit and able to carry heavy loads
- Able to work shift hours
