Responsibilities:-

  • Supervise unloading of incoming goods, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with WSH and healthcare industry standards.
  • Verify documents (PO, delivery orders, invoices) against physical goods, ensuring compliance with HSA/GDP requirements.
  • Coordinate with principals, suppliers, transporters, and internal teams on discrepancies.
  • Oversee put-away process to ensure timely and accurate storage, including cold chain products where applicable.
  • Manage return goods processing, including inspection, documentation, and system updates, in line with healthcare regulations.
  • Coordinate disposal management of rejected, damaged, or expired goods in compliance with NEA, HSA, and company SOPs.
  • Monitor staff performance and allocate manpower to meet inbound and return targets.
  • Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, quality, and healthcare regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate inbound and return records, preparing weekly/monthly reports for management.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
  • Prepare reports on productivity, and shipments
  • Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions

Requirements:-

  • Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse inbound operations, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of receiving, return goods handling, and disposal processes under GDP/GMP standards.
  • Familiar with WSH and healthcare regulatory requirements in Singapore.
  • Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities under time pressure.
  • Proficient in WMS and MS Office applications.
  • Forklift license will be an added advantage.
