Job Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Service cum Accounts/Admin Assistant to join our team

The ideal candidate should be bilingual in English and Mandarin, detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling day-to-day administrative and customer support tasks independently.

Responsibilities:

  1. Communicate with existing clients and provide after-sales support
  2. Handle daily administrative duties
  3. Assist in preparation and collection of documents for EP/DP application and renewal
  4. Support corporate secretarial duties (company incorporation/cessation, updating company information, preparing directors'/shareholders' resolutions, filing, and document management)
  5. Process client orders, invoices, reimbursements, and accounting documents
  6. Maintain bookkeeping, AR/AP records, ledgers, and payroll
  7. Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management

Requirements:

  1. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  2. Basic accounting knowledge or experience with accounting software preferred
  3. Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
  4. Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently
  5. Applicants must be eligible to work in Singapore
