Job Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Service cum Accounts/Admin Assistant to join our team
The ideal candidate should be bilingual in English and Mandarin, detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling day-to-day administrative and customer support tasks independently.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with existing clients and provide after-sales support
- Handle daily administrative duties
- Assist in preparation and collection of documents for EP/DP application and renewal
- Support corporate secretarial duties (company incorporation/cessation, updating company information, preparing directors'/shareholders' resolutions, filing, and document management)
- Process client orders, invoices, reimbursements, and accounting documents
- Maintain bookkeeping, AR/AP records, ledgers, and payroll
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Basic accounting knowledge or experience with accounting software preferred
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
- Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently
- Applicants must be eligible to work in Singapore
