Position : Customer Service Officer
Location: Singpost, Junction 8, Punggol
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: 5-days work week (including weekends, on rotating shifts)
Salary: Up to $2,700/month + Incentives
About the Role:
We are looking for a service-oriented and proactive Customer Service Officer to join our growing healthcare team. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in delivering a smooth and pleasant clinic experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and register patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer phone calls and emails, assist with general inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups
• Schedule appointments and manage appointment flow efficiently
• Assist patients with their requests regarding treatments, medications, and wellness products
• Handle billing, process payments, and dispense herbal medication/products
• Maintain confidentiality of patients' personal and financial information
• Monitor clinic inventory and assist in ordering stock and supplies
• Support clinic operations by adhering to company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and the clinic team to ensure service excellence
• Any other tasks assigned by the Clinic Manager or Physician
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking patients)
• Confident, service-oriented, and a good team player
• Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Willing to work weekends and rotating shifts
• Prior experience in customer service or healthcare will be an advantage
• Interest in healthcare/wellness industry is a plus
• Internal training will be provided
