**Key Responsibilities**
- As a Customer Services Officer at EA, be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinating appointments for clients with our accounting professionals, ensuring schedules are organized efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and productivity.
- Client Database Management: Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and feedback in our system. Updating client information and ensuring data integrity to facilitate effective communication and relationship management.
- Administrative Support: Assisting with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, processing payments, and managing correspondence to support the smooth operation of the client services department.
- Client Onboarding: Assisting in the onboarding process for new clients by collecting necessary documentation, explaining our services, and guiding them through the initial setup procedures.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments such as accounting, finance, and operations to address client needs and resolve issues effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Contributing to the enhancement of our customer service processes and procedures by providing feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to enhance the overall client experience.
**Summary of role requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, both in Mandarin and English, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
