About the role
Monigiri Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Account cum Admin Executive to join our growing team. This full-time position is located in the Upper Paya Lebar North-East Region and will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day accounting and administrative functions of our company.
What you'll be doing
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Preparing monthly financial statements and reports for management review
- Handling bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and other accounting-related tasks
- Providing administrative support, such as managing office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting with HR-related tasks
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
- Continuously improving accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or administrative role, preferably in a small-to-medium-sized business
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to translate between the two languages
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
