Job Description:

  • Identify and pursue project opportunities within both residential and commercial markets

  • Deliver presentations to clients, conduct site inspections, and provide detailed technical briefings on products

  • Develop proposals, prepare cost quotations, and handle the submission of tender documents

  • Manage contract negotiations and oversee the sales process, ensuring timely delivery and execution

  • Coordinate with design and operations teams to ensure product specifications and installations meet project requirements

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales goals and project-related objectives

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and upcoming construction developments

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B or project-based sales, ideally within interior fit-outs, building materials, or similar industries

  • Proven success in developing and managing sales pipelines for large-scale or high-value projects

  • Ability to understand and interpret architectural plans and technical specifications (preferred)

  • Highly driven, well-organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively

  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office; familiarity with CAD or architectural software is an advantage

  • Established network or strong working relationships with design consultants, architects, contractors, and stakeholders in the hospitality sector
