Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Temporary HR Executive to support our HR operations in Singapore for a 3-month period. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations.
  • Support the compensation & benefits administration.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling employee data.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in HR-related roles is essential. Experience in payroll or compensation & benefits is highly advantageous.
  • Comfortable handling numerical data and performing basic analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data validation, etc.) is a must.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
