About the Role:

Join a purpose-driven team supporting disability homes and therapy hubs. As a Management Support Officer, you'll play a key part in ensuring service quality, compliance, and smooth coordination between homes, stakeholders, and the Residential Partnership & Licensing team. This is a meaningful role where your administrative and coordination skills directly contribute to better outcomes for persons with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organise and coordinate meetings (e.g. Board of Visitors, licensing, and SRHA preparation)
  • Compile and analyse data, reports, and feedback from disability homes and therapy hubs
  • Assist in onsite assurance checks, licensing inspections, and BCP follow-ups
  • Coordinate attendance, materials, and follow-ups for SRHA implementation
  • Provide administrative and logistics support to the Residential Partnership & Licensing team
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in admin, programme, or data support (social service or healthcare background preferred)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders and handling multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of online engagement tools (Zoom, MS Teams) is an advantage
