About the Role
We are seeking a responsible and well-organised Admin Executive to support the Director in day-to-day operations. The role involves administrative duties, document preparation, client coordination, and assisting with outsourced services such as payroll, accounting, HR/work pass, and corporate filings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Director, including scheduling, follow-ups, and document preparation.
- Manage office operations: procurement, vendor coordination, filing, courier arrangements, and logistics.
- Prepare letters, forms, agreements, and simple reports.
- Maintain organised records of documents, contracts, and client files.
- Liaise with clients to collect documents, send reminders, and update progress.
- Coordinate with clients for payroll, CPF, and statutory submissions.
- Assist in preparing basic documents for accounting, tax, work pass, and corporate filings.
- Track deadlines, service timelines, and follow-up actions.
- Organise meetings, manage calendars, and handle general enquiries.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Director.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of administrative experience.
- Basic knowledge of HR, accounting, or work-pass processes is an advantage.
- Responsible, organised, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and online portals.
