**HR Officer**
**Role**:
The HR Officer supports on-site HR operations support to clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in HR statistical reports, surveys
- Manage staff insurance enrolment and staff claims (WICA, Foreign Worker Insurance)
- Prepare HR Memos and letters
- Training Registration, administration of training records
- Manage onboarding & offboarding processes for employees
- Filing of claims and tax related matters to various government agencies
- Maintain and upkeep training records for ISO audits
- Part of staff engagement taskforce
- Manage yearly renewal of corporate insurance, corporate license/s (if any)
- Maintain and upkeep staff p-files, leave records and staff directory
- Ad-hoc projects relating to work process improvement
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Higher Nitec in HR Management with at least 2-3 years' working experience in similar capacity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- An eye for details with excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethics
- Strong knowledge in MOM regulations
- Familiar with HRMS (ie. InfoTech, PeopleSoft, JustLogin)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Good learning attitude
- Good verbal and written communication skills
**Other information**:
- Working Hours: Raffles Place
- Working Location: 8.30am to 5.30pm / 9am to 6pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: $1, $2,000.00 per month
