**What the day will look like**
- Maintain accurate and timely personnel records physically and electronically.
- Attend to employees’ general enquiries and requests
- Manage all HR administrative function such as New Hire announcement, HR information intranet website update, employee insurance enrolment, preparation of certificates of employment, letters, employee handbook maintenance & update, long service awards etc.
- Support and execute independently new hire onboarding process and exit procedures.
- Manage the pre-employment screening of employees and ensuring that it is in compliant with the department’s policies
- Manage HR compliance matters for regulated employees, including but not limited to registration of regulated employees with regulator, updating change of particulars to regulator, tracking of block leave compliance.
- Data maintenance and governance on Workday for personnel records
- Initiate and support in development of SOPs to enhance work efficiency
- Prepare and manage statutory reporting eg. MOM surveys, MAS surveys
- Manage all office administrative function of the HR Service Delivery Team, including HR invoices and daily mail dissemination.
**How this opportunity is different**
Reporting to HR Service Delivery Head, this position will play an important role within the sub team
- HR Connect of Singapore HR Service Delivery on operation perspective. The role covers multiple areas of Human Resources including but not limited to Colleague Life Cycle Management, Engagement, Employee Relations, Compensation Cycle, Performance Management, Global Mobility support, Data Governance, Workforce Planning, HR Policy Governance, Company Benefits/Program.
**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Prior HR experience within fast paced, matrixed MNC environment
- Proficient with local employment legislation criteria
- Demonstrated resilience; the flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
- Comfortable with data analytics
- Adaptable and can think on your feet
