
HR & Admin Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle overall HR and administrative daily operations, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding procedures, and employee records maintenance;
- Manage attendance, payroll data, social security, and housing fund matters, ensuring compliance and timely updates;
- Assist in organizing performance appraisal, employee training, and corporate culture activities to enhance team engagement and organizational effectiveness;
- Oversee office environment and general administrative affairs such as office supplies, fixed assets, contracts, and company seals;
- Coordinate meetings, company events, and travel arrangements, providing logistical and administrative support;
- Manage company licenses and external liaison tasks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Perform other comprehensive tasks assigned by management to ensure smooth company operations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines;
- 3 years of relevant experience and above, familiar with HR and administrative procedures;
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and related regulations, able to independently handle routine HR matters;
- Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong communication, coordination, and service skills;
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR systems or administrative management is a plus.
- Fluent in Chinese and English so that can liaise with Chinese counterparties.
