With a multibillion-dollar sales turnover, and a highly-skilled multi-ethnic team spread across several countries, the Group is expanding its presence globally in commodity trading business, especially coal, minerals and base metals. It is looking for an Admin/Reception professional to join the team as:
Position: Receptionist/Admin Assistant

Job Code: EXP/RAA/SG/0223

Location: Singapore

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage reception area & take up reception responsibilities; Receive visitors, including delegations from other countries; Manage and screen incoming phone calls, take messages, as required.
- Admin & HR duties as assigned (e.g. arrange courier of samples, filing, pantry, leave record, maintain/update databases, help in organizing office events etc.)
- Provide travel and admin support to Traders (e.g. book flights/hotels, coordinate meetings, filing etc.)
- Support in general office upkeep and administration

Requirement
- O/N/Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge. Must have experience in using Microsoft Office.
- Positive attitude. Pleasant personality. Willingness to learn and grow.
- Able to work in a multi-ethnic environment.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
