The Role
As Head of Human Resources, you will be a key member of the leadership team, driving the company's people strategy to enable business growth. You'll shape culture, build organizational capability, and ensure the company continues to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on HR leader who thrives in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments and is passionate about shaping the future of work.
Key Responsibilities
- People Strategy: Design and implement a people roadmap aligned with business objectives and future growth.
- Culture & Engagement: Champion a high-performance, inclusive, and purpose-driven culture across all teams.
- Talent Acquisition & Development: Build strong pipelines for critical roles, develop employer branding, and drive leadership development programs.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee policies, processes, and systems to ensure best-in-class employee experience and compliance with local regulations.
- Business Partnering: Advise senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
- Total Rewards: Review and optimize compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to remain competitive and motivating.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR/People experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in scaling HR functions in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law and HR best practices.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills; ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
- A strategic thinker who is also comfortable rolling up their sleeves in a hands-on capacity.
- Passion for culture-building and developing people as the business scales.
