Job Description:
- Co-lead planning and execution of Management Development Programmes (Management Associate, Management Executive and Management Fellowship) covering recruitment, onboarding, rotations, and completion.
- Guide trainees in planning and executing assigned Development projects.
- Administer and enhance structured core curriculum, competency frameworks, mentorship, study trips, and workshops.
- Maintain program databases, track trainee progress, and ensure timely updates and follow-ups.
- Support leadership development interventions, structured development plans, and stakeholder learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate learning and development initiatives that contribute to leadership growth
- Serve as contact point for trainees and Institution, and support engagement events (Fireside Chats, Networking, Coaching).
- Generate reports, dashboards, data analytics, and conduct post-program evaluations to measure impact and recommend improvements.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and data analytics on program performance, trainee progress and key development milestones.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in leadership development, learning & development, talent management, program management, or HR-related roles.
- Able to start immediate is a plus
