The Opportunity:

  1. Permanent Role| East
  2. 5 days work week (M-T 8:30am to 6pm, F 8:30am to 5:30pm)
  3. Basic up to $3500 (depending on experience)

Our client is a global logistics and mail solutions provider specializing in international e-commerce, direct mail, and business communications. With a presence in over 15 countries, including Singapore, they offers tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of businesses worldwide. They are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. You will support the sales team and manage customers accounts.

The Job:

  • Assist the sales team in managing existing customer accounts
  • Respond to customer inquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with carriers and customers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and generate regular reports and performance summaries.

The Talent:

  • Open to candidates with Diploma and minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Experienced in e-commerce logistics will be advantageous
  • No experience required
  • Strong IT and system knowledge (microsoft office)
