Job Description

  • Marketing and Outreach: Promoting the MFE program through various channels, such as online platforms, social media (including WeChat, Xiaohongshu), webinars, open houses, and coursework fairs.
  • External Communication: Publishing articles and maintaining communication channels for the programme's WeChat accounts.
  • Events Management: Manage MFE events, info sessions and open house. Support and coordinate activities related to RMI events and seminars.
  • MFE Admission administration: Liaise with prospective applicants on application documentation and submissions.
  • Responsible for growing WeChat account followers.
  • Providing administrative support and logistic planning for RMI annual conference.

Qualifications


• A recognised Bachelor's degree in any discipline


• 3-4 years of relevant experince in higher education marketing, admissions and outreach.


• Strong proficiency in Chinese language.


• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills


• Strong organizational skills, accuracy and capable of managing admissions for academic programmes. Able to display tact and discretion in handling admissions information.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and be attentive to details


• Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
