Senior Executive, Graduate Admissions

The Office of Admission is looking for a Senior Executive to join their team:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide guidance for Schools to process admission of students for non-subsidized programs.- Verify supporting documents for applicants who enroll for subsidized programs.- Transfer data to active table and ensure data are accurate before freezing of statistics.- Generate data for matriculated students who enroll for non-subsidized programs, send to Schools for verification and make amendments before freezing of statistics.- Provide statistical reports for KPI data submission and Performance Review Forum periodically.- Provide statistics to Office of International Affairs and Institutional Statistics Unit on ad-hoc basis, as and when they require student data.-
- Update intent and responses in Lyon chatbot.- Proactive and adaptable with strong ability to prioritize multiple task simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
**Requirements**:
- Polytechnic Diploma Holders with at least 2 years of related work experience, preferably in an academic sector.- Entry Level Degree Holders are welcome to apply.- Administrative work experience will be an added advantage.- Customer service experience will be an added advantage.-
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
