We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage graduate admissions and postgraduate scholarships, ensuring smooth system integration, compliance, and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the transition to a new student management system for admissions and scholarships.
- Manage offer issuance and special appeal cases.
- Ensure accurate scholarship data transfer, tagging, and reporting to MOE.
- Liaise with A*STAR Graduate Academy on Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) student admissions.
- Devise and enforce a SOP to track and ensure scholarship budget and scholarship renewals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in education.
- Meticulous, assertive, and proactive with strong communication skills.
