Assure Safety Pte Ltd is seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive range of consultancy services, WSQ-accredited training courses, and digital solutions to clients across Singapore.
This is a full-time position based in our Singapore office, offering excellent opportunities for professional growth in a supportive and dynamic work environment.
What You'll Be Doing- Actively prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing industry contacts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Present and demonstrate our services and solutions to address customer needs and challenges
- Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing client support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Stay up to date with our offerings and keep informed of market trends and industry developments
· Minimum 2 years' success in a Hunter-style sales, preferably in consultancy, training, or professional services
· Fearless in cold outreach, networking, and opening conversations from scratch
· Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed quotas and close net-new business
· Strong negotiation and closing skills, with proven ability to win competitive deals
· Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion abilities
· Proficient in CRM and sales tools to drive pipeline discipline and performance tracking
· Relentless, self-motivated, and target-obsessed, with the mindset of a closer
· A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
