My client is a reputable construction company. They are currently expanding and on the lookout for an Assistant Manager - Construction Planning to be in-charge of planning the project timeline and deliverables for construction projects in the commercial and residential sector.

Job Scope

· Manage the project planning aspect by developing detailed scheduling, deliverable timelines, and managing the resource allocation.

· Collaborate and communicate with the operation team, stakeholders, clients and relevant parties to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables.

· Prepare, maintain and update project performance progress to senior management and stakeholders.

· Identify potential risks and develop mitigating strategies, and ensure project remain on track and adjust plans accordingly to accommodate variations.

· Evaluate changes in project scope and assess their impact on time, cost, and resources.

· Maintain records for all significant events relevant to contractual claims/obligations

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

· years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 preferred
