About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at Team Meet Pte Ltd, a leading hospitality and tourism management company. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the seamless operations and strategic growth of our business in the Central Region. What you'll be doing

  • Assisting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service
  • Implementing and monitoring standard operating procedures to maintain high levels of efficiency and quality
  • Coordinating the work of various teams, such as front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage, to ensure a cohesive and well-functioning operation
  • Identifying and addressing any operational issues or customer concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Contributing to the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at driving business growth and profitability
  • Participating in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to optimise resource allocation and performance
  • Leading and mentoring a team of supervisors and frontline staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the hospitality or tourism industry
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
  • Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and technology tools
