About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support our operations and management team in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing daily business functions, managing staff performance, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. This role is ideal for someone with leadership potential who is eager to grow into a senior management position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and team performance
  • Coordinate and supervise staff to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Support in planning, implementing, and monitoring business strategies
  • Prepare reports, analyze data, and provide recommendations to management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally
  • Train, mentor, and motivate junior staff members
  • Contribute to process improvement and workflow optimization

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a supervisory/management role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Be able to speak, read, write, and listen to both Mandarin and English fluently
