Currently, due to the business development needs of the Singapore subsidiary, we are recruiting Manager Assistants locally and invite you to join us in promoting the development of the Southeast Asian investment market.

About the role

As a work partner of the manager, you will assist in supporting the company's investment business, handle daily affairs and provide basic business assistance, build a communication bridge between the management, various departments and external partners, and accumulate work experience in the investment field for yourself.

What you'll be doing

  1. Daily Affairs Handling: Assist the manager in arranging schedules, coordinating business trips and meeting appointments to ensure the orderly progress of the manager's work; assist in managing the procurement and inventory of office supplies to meet basic office needs.
  2. Basic Investment Business Assistance: Assist in organizing basic information of investment accounts and transaction records to ensure information completeness; simply track changes in investment positions and organize basic data; collect basic information of investment markets and conduct preliminary summary; cooperate in completing basic entry and storage of business-related documents.
  3. Meeting and Document Support: Participate in the basic preparation of company meetings, such as sending meeting notifications and assisting in arranging the venue; record key meeting contents and organize and distribute them; follow up on the simple implementation of meeting resolutions; manage basic business documents.
  4. Internal and External Communication Coordination: Assist in internal and external communication, coordinate the work connection between various departments of the company, as well as the preliminary contact and information transmission with external business partners, so as to maintain a good cooperative relationship
  5. Basic Financial Assistance: Assist in organizing the manager's daily expense reimbursement documents, conduct simple verification and classification filing; cooperate with the financial team to complete auxiliary work in the basic financial process
  6. Temporary Task Response: Complete other administrative auxiliary work assigned by superiors, and actively cooperate with the team to complete various office support tasks for the office.

What we're looking for

  1. Nationality Requirement: Malaysian citizen or Singapore permanent resident
  2. Age Requirement: Under 35 years old (including 35 years old)
  3. Education and Major: Bachelor's degree or above, candidates with engineering-related professional background are preferred
  4. Understand basic financial knowledge and simple financial processes
  5. Able to basically operate Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to meet daily document processing needs.
  6. Good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in Chinese and English, able to handle daily bilingual communication.

  7. Serious and responsible at work, patient; have basic communication and coordination skills and team cooperation awareness, able to complete daily work tasks; interested in investment business and willing to learn basic business processes.
