Job Description
As our Admin & Operations Manager, you'll take charge of:
Office & Admin Management: Oversee general administration, HR support, compliance records, and ensure smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Operations Leadership: Manage operational workflows, logistics, supplier coordination, and drive process improvements for efficiency.
Finance Supervision: Supervise the accounts team, review financial reports, and ensure accurate compliance with company policies (no day-to-day bookkeeping required).
Compliance & Governance: Ensure the company adheres to regulatory standards (MOM, ACRA, PDPA, HSA) and internal controls.
QualificationsDegree/Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Management.
At least 2 years' managerial or supervisory experience in administration and/or operations.
Strong understanding of compliance and corporate governance.
Excellent people management skills — able to lead, coach, and motivate a team.
Hands-on, resourceful, and able to work well in a fast-paced SME environment.
