HR Administrator – 1 year contract (Renewable)
East Side
Mon to Fri (Office Hours)
Job Description
• Manage job postings and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
• Oversee background screening processes and manage HR documentation such as offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding packs
• Assist in preparing and generating talent acquisition reports
• Draft HR-related letters including confirmation, salary revision, promotion, and termination notices
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
• Manage digital personnel files (P-Files) and monitor probation periods, contract renewals, and end-of-employment procedures
• Support the exit process by handling clearance and documentation
• Provide data for payroll processing, including new hires and departures
• Ensure accurate and timely updates to HRIS and generate relevant HR reports
• Assist with data audits, system upgrades, and implementation projects
• Coordinate office administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, handling mail, supporting company events, and maintaining office upkeep
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers as needed
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communications
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the HR Manager or Department Head
Job Requirements
• Min Diploma or ITE certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Min 1 to 3 years of experience in HR support or administrative roles
• Demonstrated background in administrative tasks, ideally within an HR setting
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications and knowledgeable about HR systems
