Reachfield Security is one of the established security guards agencies in Singapore. It provides security personnel & security systems to  buildings, shopping centres, schools, condo, factories, etc  in Singapore.

Requirements

1.    Possess PWM Senior Security Supervisor  (SSS) or CSO ( Chief Security Officer)

2.    Prefer with experience in Customer Service or uniform group like Police or SAF/SCDF

3.    A "people" person and able to solve problems on the ground.

4.    Good interpersonal skills, dynamic, a good team player and ability to work very well with clients and security Officers.

5.    Station at a Grade "A" Building site in town & supervise a team of security personnel to meet the client's expectation.

6.    Ability to deal with tenants of different nationality

Duties

1.  Overall in charge of the day-to-day operations and deployment of security personnel at the allocated sites.

  1. Work closely and Co-ordinate with each site to do manpower   forecast, planning for Relief Security Officers to be on sites when necessary.

  2. Provide support for the team & assist in handling complaints or operational issues.

  3. Offer suggestions to management to enhance security measures within the organisation.

  4. Conduct OJT training for new hires and conduct security refresher courses (eg. bomb threats) & customer service.

  5. Co-ordinate and work with clients' management to ensure customer satisfaction.

  6. Able to carry out investigation and write incident reports.

  7. Attend to office tenants' enquiries or request

9.   Attend weekly meetings & contribute towards improving services to clients. Submit weekly/monthly reports to clients & management.

10.   Any other duties assigned by clients/management.
