The Role

To support Medical Affairs in ensuring an efficient and uniform credentialing and privileging process across IHH Healthcare Singapore Hospitals.

Key accountabilities

Accreditation Process

a. Prepare circulation list of new applicants and circulate to hospital Medical Affairs (MA) b. Provided administrative support to hospital MAs in liaising with applicants for additional requests from Credentials Committees and collation of information/ documentation for Credentials Committees.

Re-accreditation Process

a. Support HOD in tracking and monitoring of re-accreditation process.

b. Manage Officer to build a 4-6 weeks lead time prior to individual doctor's next re-accreditation to ensure timely submission of their documents prior to approval of re-accreditation.

c. Ensured proper submission of documents for re-accreditation application for issuance of agreement d. Managed timeliness of re-accreditation process by tracking the accreditation expiry dates to ensure no accreditation lapse

Additional Procedures for Privileging

a. Update and maintain the list of procedures in the privileges form for all specialties, and the SAB recognised subspecialties.

b. Liaison with Specialty Interest Group (SIG) representatives.

c. Communication and collaboration with the hospital Medical Affairs (MA) to ensure alignment of the above privileging lists.

d. Aligned doctors' clinical privileges during re-accreditation exercise and communicated with SIG representatives and hospital MAs

Qualifications & Experience

1) No experience required but prior work experience in a healthcare setting/institution will be advantageous

2) Good communication and interpersonal skill

3) Proficient in Microsoft Office
