About the Role

Support regional and overseas medical affairs activities, including post-market evidence generation, medical information, KOL interaction, and cross-functional collaboration. This role contributes to scientific communication and medical projects under the guidance of the Medical Affairs Manager or Regional Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support post-market medical affairs activities, including real-world evidence generation, adverse event follow-up, product performance monitoring, and regional/overseas medical plan execution.
  • Act as a medical liaison with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and internal stakeholders to facilitate scientific exchange, KOL mapping, and engagement planning.
  • Prepare, review, and disseminate medical information, clinical data summaries, training materials, and scientific updates for internal and external use.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-border teams to ensure alignment with post-market strategies, regulatory compliance, and medical standards.
  • Support medical research projects, track key scientific developments, and contribute to medical education and internal trainings.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Clinical Medicine, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience in medical affairs, clinical affairs, or related scientific functions.
  • Experience in post-market medical activities or cross-border medical affairs is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal and external medical stakeholders.
  • Experience in vaccines, oncology, or immunology preferred.
  • Comfortable supporting interactions with global or regional medical teams.
  • Able to travel internationally when required.
