Responsibilities
- Process and apply payments from various payment mode.
- Reconcile bank receipts received from online transactions and investigate discrepancies (if any).
- Manage customer refunds.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collection.
- Able to contact with customers to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Assist in monthly supporting documentation preparation.
- Assist in generating asset tagging.
- Perform monthly AR and FA related month-end closing activities and reconciliation.
- Prepare and post AR and FA journal entries, including but not limited to accrual and reversal.
- Assist in Finance Software system testing, data verification.
Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
