What You'll Be Doing

As an Executive, Finance, you'll be managing end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Payable processes, support intercompany transactions, and drive financial accuracy and compliance.

Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Manage customer invoicing, maintain accurate sales records, and reconcile accounts.
  • Monitor aging reports, follow up on collections, process necessary adjustments, credit notes and refunds.
  • Resolve billing issues in collaboration with internal teams.

Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Manage supplier payments across various methods and ensure records are accurate.
  • Process electronic, GIRO, and cheque payments.
  • Prepare financial documents and resolve any outstanding credit balances with suppliers.

Intercompany Reconciliation

  • Handle intercompany billings, monthly reconciliations, and resolve variances.

  • Coordinate with group finance and related entities to support consolidation efforts.

Cashflow & Banking

  • Handle banking-related queries and ensure smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Accurately prepare payroll entries and support commission payments in line with company policies.
  • Support commission payments as per commission structure.

Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Support efforts to enhance finance processes for greater efficiency.
  • Help ensure financial operations meet internal control standards and regulatory requirements.

Other Duties

  • Serve as a point of contact for AR/AP-related queries.
  • Support ad hoc finance tasks and projects as assigned.

Who We're Looking For

  • This is a 12-Months Contract position
  • Diploma and above (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail
  • Mature thinker with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
