Key Responsibilities
- Drive and manage overall sales performance to meet revenue targets and profitability objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Sales Specialists to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Supervise daily new car sales operations, encompassing stock control, administrative functions, and logistics coordination.
- Champion NIO's cutting-edge technology and unique ownership experience to enhance brand reputation and foster customer loyalty.
- Maintain the showroom's presentation and ambiance to the highest professional standards.
- Undertake additional duties or projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications / Professional Certifications / Skills Required
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in sales and people management, preferably within the automotive sector.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Highly driven, results-oriented, and able to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Genuine passion for innovation, technology, and sustainable mobility solutions.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence.
