Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service
  • Listen and document customer concerns and issues with their vehicle.
  • Provide clear and concise explanations of recommended services and repairs.

Service Consultation and Coordination

  • Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate diagnostics and repairs.
  • Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle throughout the service process.
  • Review the service and repairs completed with the customer, ensuring satisfaction.
  • To act according to the principles of the core processes of After Sales.
  • Monitoring the progress on the repairs/service and keep customer updated of the status on the repairs of their car.
  • Provide quotations for repair of customer's car including body/paint repair jobs.

Administration

  • Process service orders, invoices, and payments.
  • Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used.
  • Communicating with customers for approval to carry out additional repairs on their cars whenever necessary.
  • Performs any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors.

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in Automotive Industry or with automotive technical knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Obtain at least Class 3 Singapore Driving License.
  • Proficient in spoken & written English and Mandarin to handle Chinese speaking customers.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high level of customer service.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking and communications abilities.
