Specialist/Manager, HR Project (Policy & Compliance)
Contract role 4 – 6 months
Full-time, Project basis, based in the East
About the role:
The Specialist/Manager will design, review, and implement HR pay and benefits policies, ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with business needs. Key duties include benchmarking, maintaining an HR policy repository, collaborating with stakeholders, and facilitating policy workshops. The role also involves using digital tools like SharePoint, Power BI, and HRIS to manage the policy lifecycle, create toolkits, and support approval workflows. Additionally, the position supports HR project management, including system migration, testing, communication, documentation, and continuous process improvements.
Must-haves Requirements
- Strong knowledge of HR policy frameworks and employment law.
- Proven ability in policy writing with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Project management capability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Visio, SharePoint, Power BI, and HRIS platforms.
- Analytical ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make evidence-based recommendations.
- Team player with strong customer orientation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice-to-haves Skills
- Experience conducting HR policy workshops or training sessions.
- Prior involvement in HR digital transformation or system migration projects.
- Exposure to global HR policy frameworks and multi-country compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
