About the Role
Are you a detail-oriented, multi-talented professional who enjoys working across HR, finance, and office operations? We're looking for an HR, Finance & Admin Executive to support our Singapore office with a blend of responsibilities across three key areas: human resources, finance, and administrative operations.
This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values being a dependable go-to person in the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance Support (60%)

Assist with accounts payable and receivable, monthly journal entries, partial general ledger.

Process and verify staff claims and reimbursements.

Support finance team in day-to-day operations and month-end closings.
Human Resources (20%)
-
Support end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews.

Maintain and update employee records (personal info, leave, staff claims).
-
Administer onboarding and offboarding processes.
-
Coordinate insurance renewals and update employee status changes.
-
Manage work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations.
-
Liaise with Regional HR Director for reports and HR initiatives.

Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.

Ensure HR compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
Administrative Support (20%)

Coordinate membership renewals and maintain profiles (e.g., IATA, AMCHAM).

Oversee agreements with service providers and office lease.
-
Manage office supplies and ensure efficient workplace operations.

Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and internal communications.

Maintain documentation and a clean, organized work environment.
What We're Looking For

Diploma or LCCI in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2+ years of relevant experience in a similar hybrid role.

Familiarity with logistics or the freight industry is an advantage.

Good grasp of accounting standards and HR operations.

Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.

A collaborative team player with strong attention to detail.
