**Mission**

The Retail Operations Executive, SEA will support the Senior Retail Operations Manager, SEAA, in driving and monitoring the key retail strategies, supporting retail excellence related activities across SEA stores, working in close partnership with key stakeholders (Merchandising, Marketing, CRM, HR and Finance).

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Retail Excellence & Operations**
- Key point of contact for any retail operational matters
- Assist the Senior Retail Operations Manager in ensuring the store manager’s delivery of retail operational excellence and sales target
- Analyze the sales performance and productivity of client advisors i.e top performance, sales of peekaboo and other retail KPIs
- Support in driving the rollout of key retail projects
- Coordinate and prepare weekly store meeting for SEA
- Provide analysis of ad hoc sales report and presentation to support the business needs
- Coordinate/Support retail related activities and events
- Prepare and present regular reports, spending and forecasts on uniform and packaging
- Compile competitors’ sales performance and ranking on a weekly basis
- Support in the communication and implementation of operational policies, practices and strategies

**Retail Administration**
- Support the procurement and purchasing of goods & services for the Retail department (including M&R);
- Close cooperation with Retail Directors and Store Managers in daily activities, providing both administrative and operational support such as:
**Packaging**
- Place order for packaging items, e.g. shopping bags, gift boxes, ribbons etc
- Monitor and maintain store packaging inventory level
- Ad hoc transfers of packaging material in case of urgent requests from countries

**Stationery**
- Place order monthly for store stationery (e.g., store invoices, business cards
- Handle ad hoc requests and critical needs

**Staff uniform**
- Coordinate uniform ordering twice a year (uniform accessories like shoes, belts to be ordered directly from Italy)
- Coordinate and follow up on missing items
- Handle ad hoc orders if there is new store opening or for new joiners
- Coordinate on ordering of meals during peak period or in store events
- Compile and compute the sales commission and incentive with high accuracy
- Main referent for AFSS for SEA which involves AFSS coordination with stores and headquarter

**Others**
- Any other ad hoc duties and projects

**Profile**:
**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 4/5 years of related experience in Fashion/High End Luxury industry will be a plus
- Good analytical skill, detail oriented and numerically sensitive
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Excellent organizational and follow up skill
- Strong ability to work independently but also collaboratively with cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Good team player with positive personality
- Proficient in MS office especially MS Excel and Power Point
