Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and issuing customer invoices.
  • Record and reconcile accounts receivable transactions.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and send reminders to customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update payment status.
  • Support month-end closing and reporting.
  • Assist with filing, documentation, and other ad-hoc finance tasks.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Working location: Gul

  • Working hrs: Mon to Thurs: 8.45am to 5.45pm; Fri: 8.45am to 5.15pm
