Job
- Welcome and greet customers while maintaining a polished and professional appearance.
- Build strong rapport with guests and understand their needs and expectations.
- Handle enquiries, recommend suitable menu options, prepare quotations, and coordinate event requirements.
- Professionally upsell menu items and dining experiences to enhance revenue.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a pleasant and memorable dining experience.
- Manage customer feedback and handle complaints promptly, providing first-level service recovery.
- Guide and train Leading Hostess to uphold high service standards.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Manager.
Language Requirement
- Must be able to converse in Korean to communicate with Korean-speaking guests.
