Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective inventory control systems and practices.
  • Schedule and execute regular cycle counts based on KPIs set by various clients.
  • Investigate stock variances and provide root cause analysis.
  • Update and align Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to comply with quality standards.
  • Coordinate annual stock takes and physical inventory counts with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reconcile stock discrepancies and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
  • Manage product expiries, including quarantine of expired items.
  • Maintain accurate records of cycle counts, stock takes, and inventory data.
  • Manage SAP material master data and bin location creation.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, stock control procedures, and industry best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Familiarity with inventory KPIs, cycle counting, and stock reconciliation processes.
  • Flexibility to work occasional extended hours during stock takes or audits.
