  1. Receiving Goods

  2. Inspect and verify incoming stock against delivery orders/invoices.

  3. Check for damages, quantity discrepancies, or incorrect items.

  4. Unload and organize deliveries.

  5. Storing Inventory

  6. Properly store items in designated locations.

  7. Use shelving, racks, or storage systems to maintain order.

  8. Maintain proper labeling and documentation.

  9. Inventory Management

  10. Track inventory levels and report shortages or excesses.

  11. Assist in periodic stocktaking.

  12. Use inventory management systems (manual or digital).

  13. Issuing Goods

  14. Pick, pack, and issue stock as per requests or job orders.

  15. Ensure accurate documentation for outgoing items.

  16. Coordinate with other departments or customers regarding supply needs.

  17. Housekeeping & Safety

  18. Keep the store/warehouse clean and organized.

  19. Ensure compliance with safety regulations (e.g., storage of flammable items).
  20. Maintain stock cards, delivery notes, and inventory logs.
  21. Report damaged or missing stock to supervisors.
  22. Support audits and stock reconciliation processes.
