About the Role

Kopi Near Me is looking for a hands-on Machine Technical Specialist to keep our standing and tabletop kopi machines running smoothly across Singapore. From installations and routine servicing to troubleshooting and quick fixes, you'll play a key role in making sure every machine delivers the perfect cup of kopi.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair Kopi Near Me standing and tabletop machines at client sites.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure machines are always in top condition.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues quickly and effectively.

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in equipment servicing, vending machines, coffee machines, or related appliances.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with both mechanical and electrical systems.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple service calls.
• Good communication skills (English required; Mandarin a plus for supplier/client interactions).
• Possess a valid driving licence or motorbike licence (preferred, but not mandatory).
