OVERVIEW
Are you passionate about people and eager to start a career in Human Resources? This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent research, employee engagement, and HR process improvement. You'll work closely with the HR Director to support initiatives that simplify and enhance HR practices across the region.
THE ROLE
As an HR Intern, you will play a key role in supporting ongoing HR initiatives such as talent mapping and employee engagement surveys, while helping to optimize HR processes to improve efficiency and impact.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR Initiatives
Conduct market research to identify external talent pools key roles.
Support the design, coordination, and launch of the employee pulse survey.
Assist in reviewing and optimizing existing HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
END OBJECTIVES OF THE INTERNSHIP
By the end of the internship, you will:
Have successfully identified and mapped critical external talent pools for the organization.
Gain hands-on experience in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
Develop practical skills in analyzing and streamlining HR processes.
- This internship will give you valuable exposure to the operational and strategic side of HR.
QUALIFICATIONS
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Genuine interest in starting a career in Human Resources.
Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
