Are you a driven, relationship-focused sales professional who thrives in high-growth environments? Our client, a global Security and SaaS leader, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive expansion across the Asia market with a focus on the Japanese enterprise market.

As a hunter-minded seller, you will own and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers while working closely with channel partners to maximise market penetration and deal success. This is a high-impact role suited to someone who is agile, commercially sharp, and passionate about delivering value to customers through cutting-edge security and SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for enterprise accounts across Japan.
  • Drive new business acquisition while growing existing customer revenue.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with key channel partners to win and deliver business.
  • Identify customer pain points and position relevant Security/SaaS offerings to solve complex challenges.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and close.

About You

  • 5+ years of Enterprise Sales experience, ideally within Security, SaaS, or related technology sectors.
  • Proven hunter mentality with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong partner/channel management experience and ability to co-sell effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence C-level customers.
  • Japanese language skills highly desirable; multilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with a strong sense of ownership.
