About the Role

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Intern will play a role in elevating BMW's image, ensuring cohesive brand messaging, and capturing the imagination of existing and potential customers alike with innovative marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and agencies to ensure every marketing activity is executed with precision and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Collaboration
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including the Brand Principal, BMW Asia, creative agencies, media agencies and partners to plan and execute impactful campaigns.
• Develop innovative marketing promotions, collaterals, and pricing strategies to drive sales and grow market share.
• Ideate and implement timely retail campaigns that align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
• Marketing Campaigns
• Work with creative agencies to produce engaging marketing campaign content for digital and traditional platforms.
• Ensure timely and accurate updates in communications for campaigns, pricing and promotions on channels such as website, EDM, digital screens and channels,
• Brand Presence
• Maintain and enhance BMW and Eurokars Auto's brand identity by ensuring all marketing materials, messaging, and digital platforms adhere to the brand's Corporate Identity (CI).
• Identify and recommend new media opportunities to better engage with BMW's audience.
• Event Management
• Organise and execute exclusive BMW Eurokars events, such as roadshows, product launches, drive experiences, and golf activities, to engage and delight target audiences.
• Ensure every event reflects BMW Eurokars Auto's values of elegance and sophistication.
• Stakeholder Collaboration

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to execute campaigns and events seamlessly.

• Marketing Support

• Managing gifts and premiums for events and customers.
• Support cross-functional initiatives that integrate marketing efforts with sales objectives.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and detail-oriented individual who understands the importance of sophistication and innovation in representing luxury brands – BMW and Eurokars Auto.

Requirements

• Area of study in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, Event Management, or a related discipline.
• Expertise in planning and executing events.
• Familiarity with digital media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google SEM, and Pmax is preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable and resourceful, able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Class 3 / 3A license
