Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Assist in creating and implementing business development strategies to meet sales and revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Develop marketing campaigns, content, and promotional materials to boost brand awareness.
  • Manage and update company social media channels, website, and other marketing platforms.
  • Coordinate and participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports to support business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of sales, marketing, and operational objectives.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales (fresh graduates with relevant internships may be considered).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop engaging marketing content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
