Job Overview:
We are seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented Business Development & Marketing Executive to support our outreach and branding efforts.
This is a permanent part-time role suitable for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, managing campaigns, and supporting client engagement without the need for sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Explore and reach out to new business opportunities
- Support marketing campaigns targeting new markets
- Plan and manage referral campaigns
- Schedule and follow up with client appointments
- Create and manage engaging content for social media
- Planning of occasional client appreciation events
- No selling required
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging new people over the phone and messages
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, especially in managing follow-ups and scheduling
- Proficiency in basic video editing (e.g CapCut) and social media content creation
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a strong sense of responsibility
- Prior experience in business development, client servicing, or sales (especially in finance or insurance) is an added advantage
- Flexible working hours: Able to work at least 2 to 3 days per week. Able to commit to the role for a minimum of 6 months
