My client, a MNC and a leader in medical devices industry, is looking for a Marketing executive who will be involved in analyzing and developing new service solutions for the regional market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create materials that support service field activities for channel partners and subsidiaries.
- Support to develop on Service Solutions or contract offerings that can bring value to customers and increase service revenue.
- Support region technical enquiries with headquarters and monitor service trends.
- Develop and Support Customer Training contents relating to process, handling and storage of instruments and equipment.
- Support other ad-hoc projects and tasks for the team.
- Implement and Support Service life-cycle management
- Assess, Initiate and Support improvements areas for post sales activities such as Installation, Periodical Maintenance, Troubleshooting.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Service Department for MedTech industry advantageous
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills
- Experience in developing new markets through effective strategies to grow the business
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years in Medical Devices industry
- Able to assist in creating and maintaining a harmonious and excellent work environment for fellow colleagues to work in.
- Proficient in Microsoft Tools, Knowledge in Salesforce CRM is preferred.
- Overseas travel may be required
