Summary:

  • Salary based on experience: Junior – Basic up to $3,500, Senior – Basic up to $5,000
  • 5 Days Work Week with Hybrid Work Arrangement

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital and offline campaigns to drive business growth, including SEO/SEM, paid ads, email campaigns, and social media presence
  • Maintain and update company website, online store, and editorial calendar
  • Monitor campaign, website, and social media performance, and generate actionable reports
  • Co-create content strategies and develop marketing assets including blogs, posts, emails, presentations, and trade show materials
  • Oversee brand and collateral design, ensuring alignment with corporate visual identity
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of marketing initiatives
  • Support planning and execution of events such as conferences, workshops, and trade shows

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, ideally with B2B exposure
  • Proficient in SEO/SEM, analytics, CRM, and marketing automation
  • Graphic design and multimedia skills are a plus
  • Creative, analytical, and open to leveraging AI tools for marketing campaigns
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently while collaborating with teams
